Regina Kardash is pleased to announce that the Town of Belleair Shore has selected her and the law firm of Persson & Cohen, P.A. as its new Town Attorney. Ms. Kardash had served as a back-up to the previous Town Attorney, who retired. The Town is a small coastal community in Pinellas County.

New Language Required in Public Contracts: On March 8, Governor Scott approved Chapter 2016-20. Most notably, this new law amends Section 119.0701, Florida Statutes, to require additional language in any contract with an individual or entity providing services to a public agency and acting on behalf of said public agency.
